At Divine, you will be supported as a whole being. Your nutrition, eating habits, fitness levels, goals and mindset towards all the above will not only be considered but assisted. A Holistic health coach will support you through the journey of health and fitness sustainably and with care.
Meditation is known as the habitual process of training your mind to focus, be present and redirect thoughts. At Divine we encourage different modalities of meditation from reframing negative thinking habits, moving the body with intention, discarding limiting beliefs and ultimately encourage members to be present and make each practice their own.
You can use your practice to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings or use it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration. When it comes to eating and managing our weight and health, it is important to acknowledge the importance of the mind-body connection.
Adding meditation into your health and fitness routine can be a game changer to not only your results but your overall wellbeing.

As of September 2023, DHF will be expanding to Brick and Mortar at 430 Hazeldean rd in Kanata! I am thrilled to bring this holistic gym concept to life for the Ottawa area. All services will now be offered in a hybrid format: Virtual AND In-person.
Why do you optionally offer your services virtually/Online ?
Virtual training has many benefits. You may be interested in attending your services virtual because:
-In person setting may intimidate you
-You prefer the comfort of your own space.
-You have your own space that you'd like to utilize.
-You travel often and virtual training is convienent.
-You'd like to continue your sessions virtually while on vacation but in-person otherwise.
-You do not live in the area.
Is nutrition a separate service?
General nutrition guidance is included in all 1-on-1 coaching programs. It is as well offered separately as a single service, if you desired a plan further in depth protocol or you are experiencing a specific diagnosis/health concern. All programs include an assessment of nutrition, fitness and mindset. Degrees of each are relative to the program chosen. Your initial complimentary consultation session will steer you in the right direction!
Although I have gotten creative and trained clients with absolutely nothing at all, I do recommend the bare minimum which includes: Resistance bands (open ended, handle attachments, hip circles), yoga mat, & 10lbs dumbbells. For my super eager clientele: a series of dumbbells, yoga blocks, stability ball, bosu ball, kettlebells etc.. The more equipment you have keep in mind does make your workouts more interesting & gives me the ability to challenge you further. Bands are also very easy to travel with!
Divine health and fitness is a service based gym model. The gym premises are only accessible to clients arriving for a booked service with a coach/trainer. This allows for a safe, positive and supportive environment for all clientele. You can rest assured during your service that you will surrounded by like minded individuals and/or attending your service privately without judgment.
